@dialecticalmusings By now, there is enough evidence to conclude that these #IndiGoDelays were orchestrated by the company itself to browbeat the Modi govt into relaxing the recent rules, which were meant to provide pilots with meaningful rest in between their shifts. Government ideally should have doubled down and brought a new rule saying airlines would have to refund plus pay a percentage of the fare as compensation for say more than three hours delay or cancellation of flight.
