SIX INCAPABILITIES OF PLA

The PLA has six new incapabilities. Just think. It always has new soldiers, new leaders, new roles, new battlefields, new equipment and new organisations. Sandeep Unnithan and I discussed these issues in detail. When seen in the correct perspective it emerges that the PLA is not that strong as it is made out or makes itself out.
