With Trump's legal woes we are way way beyond the realm of plausible deniability. So I propose the Very Advanced Legal Insistence Defense (aka VALID).

This is the legal definition:

So long as your client and his followers/marks are able to shout "NOOOoooo YOUUUUUuuuu, you're a pedo", defense council can claim their client's defense is VALID and demand an acquittal.

The strategy is also known as reverting to Implausible Deniability.
