Sitting on my girlfriend's sofa and crying as I read Becky Albertalli's 'Imogen, Obviously' might literally be the most perfect morning ever.

Because I’ve had some health issues this week, I had to sit still. It gave me time to read which I haven’t had the space/room/energy etc for in a while. I’ve been so happy with all three books so far!!!!! I really think they work together as a trio as well. Reading one after another has been awesome. They are, in my particular order of suggestion to read: “Imogen, Obviously”, “Forever is Now”, and “Invisible Son”. #bookstodon #books #reading #imogenobviously #foreverisnow #invisibleson

“Imogen, Obviously” - Becky Albertalli

She is in my top tier authors. Her work is consistently incredible. Check my Goodreads for proof — all six of her solo written books have five star ratings from me. This may be her most personal book so far and it deals with important topics like bi erasure, accusations of gay/queerbaiting, and grappling with your own sexual orientation on a later timeline than others.
