This is going to have dramatic and unforeseen consequences, including bankruptcies.

And one of the companies to collapse is likely to be Fender, as you can be sure that many musicians around the world have already begun boycotting Fender and Reverb, and any company connected with Servco Pacific.

Servco also owns Presonus and is a "major shareholder" in Roland Corporation (which also owns BOSS).

Because the defendant probably did not have the resources to respond to the case, and probably does not have the resources to appeal the case, any affected company would have to defy the demands of Fender's IP trolls, and file suit themselves against Fender, or wait to be sued by Fender, thus creating a new court case of uncertain outcome.

Fender, it should also be noted, was purchased by a private equity firm in 2020, Servco Pacific, who now also own Reverb.
