In #Bladerunner, the geneticist J.F. Sebastian plays a game of remote #chess against Dr. Tyrell. Sebastian plays on a set called the British Birds. Tyrell plays on a more classical, medieval-style set, with traditional towers, knights, and kings, apparently out of silver and gold.

The distinction between the sets - the one strange and organic, the other refined, also illustrates the differences between the two men.

Game is apparently based upon the famous "#ImmortalGame" of Adolf #Anderssen and Lionel Kieseritzky in 1851.
