I spoke with Emilio at the International Rangeland Congress #IRC2025 & learned lots about #agriculture in Uruguay. While neither of us speak the other's language, it was easy to find out we both enjoy working with livestock farmers & native grasslands. He shared a neat way of matching grass supply to animal demand on farm (or "on ranch" in Uruguay).
