Climate delay discourses, often in combination with #climatedenialism and climate-impact scepticism, are used to erode public and political support for climate policies.
We found 12 #ClimateDelay discourses that can be grouped by their underlying logic into those that:
- redirect responsibility;
- push non-transformative solutions;
- emphasize the downsides of climate policies;
- surrender to #climatechange.
