The #DKW Schnellaster featured yesterday was also produced in Spain, where a successor model, the DKW IMOSA F1000 D, was made from 1962. #DaimlerBenz eventually cemented its control of #IMOSA after the rest of #AutoUnion went to #Volkswagen and rebadged the F1000, now fitted with #Mercedes diesel engines, to form a new line of small front-wheel drive Mercedes light commercials.
