iCabMobile might be the most feature rich and customizable browser on iOS. I spent a few hours last night experimenting with it. It has profiles, tab groups, pinned tabs, reading lists, customizable ad-blocking and tracking prevention, dark mode, iCloud syncing, Dropbox/WebDAV backups of settings and bookmarks, search engine customization, and more.

Did you know ye olde iCab browser is still being maintained and has an iOS version?

The app store page says it doesn't collect any data on its users, which is rare to see as far as iOS browsers go. It has built in ad blocking and tracking prevention with customizable blocklists.
