Harding Street raid: Judge throws out organized crime charges against nine former Houston police officers
A spokesperson for the Harris County District Attorney's Office says prosecutors will amend the charges and again present them to a grand jury, just like they did with the murder charges against former HPD officer Gerald Goines. Jury selection for his case is scheduled to start Friday.
