1 pound fresh cranberries (usually a bag is about this much, about 0.4 kg)
1 cup sugar (about 240 mL or so)
1 cup water
Bring all 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat and let all the cranberry skins “pop” (10-15 minutes). Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl or dish. Tastes 1000x better than the canned stuff and you will be seen as a culinary genius for boiling 3 ingredients in a pan. #holiday #dinner #christmas
