November is possibly a little late to harvest my cucumber crop but I wanted to give them every opportunity for a late growth spurt.

Crunchy, mildly cucumbery. Hopefully won't give me indigestion. 🤞😋

Kefir grains.

This has been a wonderful discovery for me. I imagine many will have discovered kefir a few years ago but I tried it just 3 weeks ago and after buying live kefir grains online, I can make my own.

12g of grains have more than trebbled in a week. I can now make 1L batches

The first two bottles of apple juice this season.

Making apple juice has proven the best way to manage a glut of apples. We have two trees, this is the smallest tree but bears the larger apples. I think it's a James Greaves.

The othe tree (not shown) is a Sunset. That one seems a little poorly this year.
