I've decided that I really don't like the cut 3D model. Yes, the seams are placed more or less strategically, but some pieces seem to be scaled wrong. And there is this corner in the front just missing.

I've made some significant progress yesterday!
However, I've discovered that
a) one piece is missing
b) I don't trust superglue
c) the individual layers slightly warped while curing
d) I really would have loved registration marks or holes for pegs etc.

I've spend my evening yesterday with renewing the pads of our Arm Champs II at HI-SCORE. Now they are finally back close to the original color. It was interesting to see hiw many times they have already been fixed over the years (at least 4 times according to the layers of staples and nails).

Today I spent the afternoon repainting the Pac-Man flipper at HiScore. It looks much better now. I'm still not happy about the yellow, but I don't have a matching tone. Next week it will be glazed with varnish and hopefully stops disintegrating.
