The BIGGEST Game Reveals of 2025! (Witcher 4, Elden Ring Night Reign)

YouTube
I guess I haven't actively looked in a few years but it's always weird to find something I think of myself as actively interested in from random youtube recs rather than "basically my entire social media feed is at most two steps removed from people who talk about video games at a professional level"

in this case it's about
bushido bladelikes but it also happened a few years ago with a brand of anamorphic adapters after several solid months of regularly looking for anamorphic adapters (and that wasn't the first time I had gone on a long anamorphic search)

Can we talk about #BushidoBlade2? Because I'm gonna talk about that game.

It's an old #Playstation #fighter put out by Square, back in the 90's. It's all about #sword fighting, so the whole gimmick is, you get stabbed in the head or chest, you DIE. There are various weapons and stances and such available, so there's some nuance to it. You can also fight dirty and throw daggers or dirt in your opponent's eyes. Good times.

Kinda like #HellishQuart, but with more ninjas.

This game does a really nice job of demonstrating a pretty vital lesson of fighting with any sort of blade: the loser dies right there, the winner dies in the hospital. (m l) #HellishQuart #HistoricalFighting #Fencing #Sword

The Most Realistic Sword Fighting Game

This is Hellish Quart, a game whose goal is to be as accurate to real life sword fighting and fencing as possible. The game is still in development but so far it's been really great. #hellishquart #swordfighting
