Can we talk about #BushidoBlade2? Because I'm gonna talk about that game.

It's an old #Playstation #fighter put out by Square, back in the 90's. It's all about #sword fighting, so the whole gimmick is, you get stabbed in the head or chest, you DIE. There are various weapons and stances and such available, so there's some nuance to it. You can also fight dirty and throw daggers or dirt in your opponent's eyes. Good times.

Kinda like #HellishQuart, but with more ninjas.

I've been playing through the singleplayer trying to unlock new characters, and man, the plot is BONKERS.

It's something about two rival samurai clans who have been feuding for 800 years, standard enough.

Except in addition to the cast of samurai and ninjas and stuff, there are also characters like "Guy with vague Irish accent dressed like the Phantom of the Opera" or "Blacksploitation Hero with Sunglasses and Afro." Or "Lady in a bikini with an assault rifle."
