Heather EvansGood morning Fedi friends. Big, long sleep last night - thanks Claratyne, supposedly non drowsy but I always sleep. Eyes not quite as sore today either & that is also good. It was 6c when I got up just after 6.30am. It’s going to be another beautiful sunny day, heading up to 20c. Two more feijoas dropped last night, I’ve already eaten them 😁.
Gentle yin yoga on the agenda this morning, I think it will suit this day & me. Hopefully I don’t fall asleep during it 🤣.
I need a few things from the supermarket, my essentials & pantry staples so will head down there a bit later on. Might head to Bunnings for potting mix & check out some trellis’ & plants. I won’t be buying much though as I’m booking my car in for a service.

It’s been a pretty good day today, fairly quiet. Even my walk around the river this morning was quiet, very few people out walking which suited me fine. The river is surprisingly low in some areas which surprised me, no Roos, but plenty of birds & it definitely made me feel a lot better, my eyes are still quite sore though & when I bought Claratyne on the way home I also got some more eyedrops.
The whole day has been relatively quiet which I’ve enjoyed. Watched some tv, sat outside to read in the sunshine. I should sleep pretty well tonight. #Exercise #RiverWalk #HayFever.

Good morning Fedi friends. 6c this morning & it’s going to be a beautiful sunny day again & also again getting back up to a lovely sunny 21c.
The last two evenings I’ve had sneezing jags, bad ones where my eyes are streaming & puffy & I end up feeling crappy. Not sick, just crappy & I need more Claratyne. I’m fine during the day although this mornings start could be better. I didn’t sleep too well. So I’ve decided I’m going to take myself off for a walk when it’s a little warmer this morning. Get some fresh air into my lungs & enjoy the walk around the river. Not much else is planned & no working in the garden. More feijoas have dropped though 😊.
Actually I might not wait until it’s a little warmer, I think I’ll shower & go soon.

Beautiful sunny day today even though I spent it at home. The visit by my daughter & the grandkids was lovely. I now have new slippers & they are so warm & were most definitely needed, plus a lovely citrus smelling candle. Then a phone call from my son who was at work, so I’m glad he remembered.
It seems my sore shoulder wasn’t because I was moving heavy pavers yesterday but from my Covid shot as there is a great big bruise on my upper arm 🤷🏼♀️.
I also got my lawns mowed this afternoon & something out there has got to me again as I’ve been sneezing all this evening - a lot 😬. Still, I do love it when everything looks so tidy (kind of) outside. I need to do some spot weeding on the lawn sometime this week though. Plus, my first feijoa has dropped. I haven’t eaten it yet, but it’s a big one, in fact there are a number of large ones on my little tree this year. #Family #Garden #HayFever
