Vincent St. Pierre 🇨🇦@nora wrote a lovely suggestion in the #MastodonSocial GitHub repository. It was on #hashflags, or when you'd type a hashtag it'd generate a small emoji.

For example:
- Say I type #Canada, it'd appear as #Canada 🇨🇦.
- Or #Germany would have #Germany 🇩🇪.
- Or, for the instance I'm on, it'd be changing #MastodonWorld to #MastodonWorld
