Today I upgraded to a new contract phone. I phoned O2 and managed to get a 24 month contract - Pixel 9 xl for £4 a month less than my current 3 year old Xperia was costing. The lovely lady also managed to remove the £30 downpayment and move me up to the next data plan for no charge. It pays to talk to someone and ask for a good deal.
