This year I led the technical development of the return of the Haunted PS1 Madvent calendar - an advent calendar of 24 games for the month of december!

This thing has been a yearly highlight for me, and when it didn't happen last year I was a little sad and disappointed. Very proud to have been involved in making it happen again.

Ahhhgghhh refactoring narrative systems sucks and so does writing UI stuff but it'll be worth it for commuinicating how things work in a more straightforward manner and separating the main conversation streams in the system into separate things that aren't intermingled for absolutely no reason. #Submechanoid #gamedev #indiedev #hps1 #NarrativeDesign
