I'm building the clips and tracks up again with a more sensible methodical approach, not quite so slapdash and rushed. This is a good thing, because I want this tune to be the title track for my album later this year.
I decided to revisit one of my mothballed tunes to see if there's anything I can work with. I think there is, so I tried to find the sequences in my MC-707 or Keystep Pro.
I couldn't find them anywhere and couldn't remember how I had written them, which is.... a problem. Luckily, in an unexpected moment of foresight, I wrote down the names so I can at least find the sounds without going through hundreds of presets.
Wie krass, der Arpeggiator im SH-4d funktioniert auch mit dem Drumtrack. Witzig, besonders mit der Hold-Funktion.
I feel like none of my projects are timely (or ever completed for that matter), but the band is planning to start writing again. I'm imaging a lot of big band sounds, so I got a Zynthian to serve as an "orchestra in a box" for shows.
Hoping to use it with the keytar I'm designing to trigger backing tracks and things. Fun kit to put together.
