#Caturday update about Cato. The formerly feral feline is now a lap cat. He knows his name. He comes when he's called -- usually. He's fully integrated into the household. And he's motivated by food and affection. And shows no interest in going back outside.

It's #Caturday! This is Cato, a stray cat we noticed trying to stay warm on those -20 degree nights in January huddled over a heated bird bath in our backyard. We took him inside, got him fixed and kept him "until it warmed up." Despite being quite feral, I thought I could "socialize" him. Long story short, he still thinks he's wild, but I think I've turned him into a house cat.
