The #coffee scene in Toluca is really blossoming. It's great to be able to source excellent coffees grown and roasted in the State of #Mexico (some of which have won Cup of Excellence) for our experiments on fracture dynamics at the University of Oregon. Here is one of our workhorses: Amatepec (washed) from El Equimite (Amatepec, State of Mexico, Mexico) roasted by Café Mexiquense.
