Long Beach Community Food Pantry volunteer Mark Collins said the pantry has been working overtime & low-income families are worried they won’t get #SNAP benefits if the federal #GovernmentShutdwn extends into November.

The pantry is running low on fruits, canned goods, and many other items.

“Shelves are getting very bare,” Collins said, stressing the continued need for donations.
