The immediate need is to remove the steel of the main span from the #Baltimore channel. That depends on finding the nearest heavy-lift barge. If only a smaller barge is found, dispatch divers to cut the span into pieces. It's not a huge job.

The remaining piles and foundations are unharmed, and likely the piers. It's only a matter of pulling out the blueprints and fabricating new spans and decking.

If they want a new bridge like the #Goethals, that'll be $1.5 billion.
