Ondanks een voorzichtige opleving van de winkelstraat is het aantal leegstaande winkelpanden afgelopen jaar opnieuw gestegen. De toename was het grootst op meubelboulevards, meldt onderzoeksbureau Locatus, dat het winkelvastgoed in Nederland bijhoudt.
