We also want(ed) to upgrade a second hand #GardenTrain #steamlocomotive with esp32 and neopixel, but also on Day 3 of #jev22 we had no luck. In the meantime everything has been resoldered and "only" the correct adjustment of the drive rods seems to be missing.
