For the 2024 cards, I've been playing around with the design quite a bit.
I'm not satisfied yet, as there's zero reason for yellow to continue to be on the card.
My kids have switched from #GSSC to Ottawa Internationals, so the old colour scheme doesn't apply anymore.
Officially, I have my little ones enrolled in indoor #soccer for the fall.
I chose to register with a different group, #SudburniaSC, because it's $250 per kid, Sunday mornings, and runs mid-October through March.
#GSSC charges $250 & $350, for 1/2 weekday evenings (respectively), mid-October through December 18th. The exact days/times are not yet known.
Financially, it just makes sense to make the switch at this point.
The folks over at CTV News have some footage from yesterday's press conference for the Sudbury Cyclones.
Footage includes shots of James Jerome's grass field, as opposed to the fenced-in Turf field. There is significantly less seating at the grass field, and it is further from the field. At #GSSC's U16 (M) #TOSL match last weekend, many spectators brought their came chairs to sit closer to the field.
Clearly, the club is still piecing it together.

It was a pretty good match overall. Loved watching these young lads compete. There's lots of room for them to grow, but you can definitely see potential from some of these players.
