Fascinating nugget in this one. MI GOP Chair Laura Cox drafted text saying the fake electors would only represent Trump if a Court found he'd won. But Cox, who'd been on the campaign trail maskless, says she got covid from Rudy and the campaign pushed ahead without it. And now they all face charges.

That language was included in some states, and those people face no legal jeopardy. Glad Rudy is on their side.
