Guter Artikel. "Der CLOUD Act verpflichtet US-Firmen seit 2018 zur Herausgabe von Daten, egal ob sie in Kalifornien oder Wien liegen. Hinzu kommen „Gag Orders“, die Unternehmen nicht nur zur Datenweitergabe zwingen, sondern ihnen auch verbieten, ihre Kund:innen darüber zu informieren."
