Sorry, you interpreted "why invest in somebody who could be gone in a month" more negatively than I meant it is not the apology you think it to be.
Telling me not to expect any changes because "this is how the organisation does things" after calling me rigid in my expectations of and views on the organisation makes this a pot kettle black situation at best.
