Great user interface and user experience design is about the little details.

Take Microsoft Teams for example: you can pin charts that you need to access frequently. Unfortunately, the UI for this has the header “Favorites”. And for the vast majority of people, the people that they need to contact most frequently are not their favorite people. It should be called “Pinned” instead.
