What a shocker, a country with functioning military structure didn't fall apart when it's leaders were assassinated.

To me it is not even relevant if 3.5 % (using the unproven allegations of 450 out of 13k employees) of UNRWA in Gaza "have ties to Hamas", being Hamas the autocratic ruling party there. Would be weird if it'd be otherwise*.

Nothing justifies starvation of an entire population. Nothing.

* 3.5% of almost any group are nazis or the local equivalent.
