UPDATE: #Cigna is such a massive piece of shit company that they’ve seen fit to contact me multiple times by phone to try to have someone with no technical experience read instructions for the Cigna website at me since they couldn’t read the fact that the bug report was about the app, THEN call me again and try to read a “resolution” at me despite me telling them I already got my ID cards another way, but also REFUSING TO TELL ME THE RESOLUTION without validating my PII.
