After all these years, I finally used my black belt skills for something materially useful

I had a bag of chicken drumsticks that had frozen together with ice between some pieces. I couldn't pry them apart.

So I set the bag on the counter, lined up my body and set my legs and..BOOM! A downward palm heel strike shattered the ice and separated the frozen pieces!!
