Despite what you may have heard, "#FreedomOfReach" *is* freedom of speech: when a platform interposes itself between willing speakers and their willing audiences, it arrogates to itself the power to control what we're allowed to say and who is allowed to hear us:

MarkI've finally switched to DuckDuckGo. I can't stand how bad Google results have gotten.
I made an explicit search for my own obscure website and it was well below all the payola "SEO" bullshit. Simply typing the name produced the desired result in DDG.
I know it's not perfect, but the other products are unusable.
