On the drive back to Edmonton today, we stopped at the new(ish) Nakota Crossing gas station to switch drivers/visit the bathroom (a nice halfway point between Whitecourt and Edmonton). I didn't need to go inside and was just walking around, and happened to notice a car nearby with a TARDIS-shaped "Time Lord On Board" sticker and a "Police Box / It's Bigger On The Inside" license plate frame. And had the chance to express my appreciation to them and geek about Doctor Who for a minute before they left. No idea who they were, but whoo Doctor Who fandom unity or something.

Also: gas station in Fox Creek had an unexpectedly large anime and Pokemon stuffie section.
