Just came across these “Moral Ambition Fellowships”, an initiative, I think, by Rutger Bregman and others.

In the first round there are two themes: Tobacco Control and Food Transition.

I have no idea what these are really (and have a few reservations about RB as an auhor) but might be worth checking out?

Het ministerie van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit (LNV) heeft aan WUR-onderzoekers gevraagd om te onderzoeken wat de mogelijke impact op onze voedselvoorziening kan zijn wanneer wereldwijd akkerland dat nu wordt gebruikt voor de productie van veevoer, beschikbaar komt voor de productie van voedselgewassen die direct voor humane consumptie geschikt zijn. Daarbij onderzochten ze ook wat de rol van Nederland in een dergelijk scenario zou kunnen zijn.
