I am not making excuses for people who #FlyTip…it’s a terrible blight on our communities.

But less bin collections and making it harder to access local #refuse and #recycling centres surely plays a big part in all this?

I strongly suspect the desire to keep council taxes low for political gain, while privatising refuse services who offer less and less year on year is how we ended up in the awful mess.
