It is a festival for Buddha's Birthday (April 8th)
Small temple called Hanamido decorated with colorful flowers, and bucket filled with sweet tea is placed in it.
In the center of “Hanamido”, a statue of Buddha at his birth is placed and people ladle sweet tea 3 times with a dipper and pour it onto the statue.
