Today's meeting notes for #Florence

We're back on it. Welcome @dmitri to the team.
CoC is almost complete.
And we're starting to write n our vision and mission for Florence, and Florence-Mastodon ( #FloMoDev )

After a few day's discussion (my sense of time is fucked), I definitely feel like the consensus is:
* We need to look at the bigger picture
* We need to just create better, across the board, anti-harassment features and privacy settings.
* We need to look at long-term concerns, vs short-term gains.

I think it's time we start breaking it down in a bigger shared space. Anyone up for that? This invite is to all fediverse

#FloMoDev feature idea:

Federated Allow/Disallow Lists, to let a bunch of servers collaborate on what servers they want to talk with.

Mostly a "subscription" to a list, and then allow servers to make individual choices, but also "vacation mode" of blocking all incoming requests for a set period of time / or infinite) from trusted servers.
