First Energy corruption trial of top execs ended with hung jury. John Husted, the Lt Gov at the time of the "alleged" misdeeds, testified at the trial and could not remember the conversations he had with one or more of the execs about the appointment of the PSC chairman, who allegedly received 4 million dollars from FE and later committed suicide prior to the trial. Husted is running against Sherrod Brown for US Senate.
