This looks like even the Chicago PD (itself known for violence) participated in blocking ICE or at least in escorting them out. Notice which way the cops are facing: towards the ICE car, not the crowd. As the car retreats, they advance on it. If CPD's objective here was in fact to block ICE, we have a Federal cop vs city cop confrontation right here folks! What do you call it when armed units of the national and a local government fight?
