Mit dem erneuten Remis gegen #Nakamura liegt Matthias Bluebaum nun wieder knapp über der 2700er-Linie. Es war wohl niemand so vermessen zu denken, er spiele um die ersten Plätze. Aber er scheint sein eigenes kleines Tunier zu spielen und das macht er großartig.

Heartbreaking that Anish Giri wasn't able to beat Wei Yi today to keep at least some pressure on Javokhir Sindarov going into the last two rounds of the candidates tournament. It was never easy, but it was especially unfortunate that he made an accidental threefold repetition in a position where he could have pressed for much longer.
