Recently, I recorded a vocal cover of Ben Caplan's "Lost", because I stan Ben and he's right near the sweet spot of my range, and because that one makes me think of @KayOhtie    (And some bits other special people in my life.)

I feel like I did a pretty good job of it, though please do get past the first verse - it's quiet in the original and my super soft control isn't quite there yet. Otherwise, I felt pretty on tune. There's no pitch correction whatsoever here, and the backing track is the original stripped of vocals.

I did a bit more #recording last night now that my new mic is in, and thought this one might be worth sharing, maybe. Puscifer's Rev 22:20 is a hell of a song, and I know the Dry Martini Mix best - so here's my version. No pitch correction, just some EQ and a little bit of reverb. The backing track is an automatically vocal-stripped copy of the original, so not perfect, but acceptable enough.

Oh, and I changed some pronouns to make it gay... Because I can  😈
