I'm putting together what I call #OnThisDayinFandomHistory where I am cataloguing the episodes, actors, events, and more that have happened in major fandom history. It captures the big names like William Shatner but also the lesser known character actor names. I'm currently working my way through the character actors found in #TheXFiles so that's exciting. People I wouldn't have thought to include are there. Like Alex Trebek or Dick Clark. Why? Cause they were in an episode. #FandomResearch

I am currently reading the European Magic & Witchcraft Reader edited by Martha Rampton. It's fascinating. I initially picked it up because of my #FandomResearch because I read a long rant about magic in #HarryPotter & why the series is evil for magick (the K is important 2 the rant author)& I just had to know why Christians gave a damn about it so much. I'm figuring it out by reading this, actually. It's primary source texts in order from antiquity through the 17th Century Witchhunts.

I finished #DS9 last night. I may wait a couple days to start #Voyager in my #StarTrek watch. I grew up watching #StarTrekTOS because my mom grew up on it and now I've watched that, the animated series, #StarTrekTNG and now #StarTrekDS9 in my march to watching it all. (Movies come after the shows for me, though I know Wrath of Khan through Voyage Home verbatim) I'm enjoying seeing the series that I never watched before. I hope that continues with #Voyager. #FandomResearch
