There are moments when I question how Western civilization has survived. I go to get a COVID test and a flu test. Because I'm getting a flu test, they tell me to go inside. I get to the desk and they tell me that Medicaid won't cover a flu test. (I have doubts about the veracity of this but no way to check)

Now, because I'm not getting the flu test, they tell me, from across the counter, that I have to go through the drive through.
