I am a New York born Chicago boy Texan. I love street food of all types, old school Italian bakeries, backyard apizza, pop culture, humor, writing, endurance sports, Motorhead, ebikes, ukulele, huge dogs that drool, martial arts, and my wife--although not necessarily in that order. I've been on Mastodon for quite a while, and so should you.
Me: "What would you like for your birthday dinner?"

This is pretty much the best advice anyone can give to anyone. I've implemented all 7 of these over time (plus, largely given up alcohol), and am a much happier and more relaxed person. Tackle these one by one and see for yourself.

And I clearly remember the Apollo-Soyuz hook-up.
This Artemis II triumph came just when I, as an American who has not been especially proud to be American lately, needed it most.
