I need sometimes to travel abroad. I try to reduce in-person presence at international conferences but as a scientists, I cannot avoid them entirely.

Yes, I can reduce the environmental impacts by avoiding air travel. But I am also worried about the working conditions in the hotel during my stay.

For such reasons, and for everyone who travels, here are lists of hotels that respect their workers' rights:

USA & Canada: https://www.fairhotel.org/
Denmark: http://okforhold.dk/
Norway: https://www.fellesforbundet.no/en/
Sweden: https://www.schystavillkor.se/
Spain: https://fairhotels.es/?page_id=2

(If you know of other lists or countries to facilitate responsible travels, please comment below!)
