That being said, I'm convinced those undefined and vague terms may not be strictly legal as per their ToS, but since I'm not a customer of them (because why should I ?) there's no point in wasting €€€€ to pay https://wbs.legal or any other spechalized lawyer to go after them nor tell competitiors like https://contabo.com , https://ionos.de , https://strato.de , https://netcup.de , or any other Hoster in #Germany so they can sent costly cease-and-decist letters after them...
